I began working with Patterson & Associates in 2002. Prior to working with our agency I went to Harding University in Arkansas and graduated with a degree in Business Management. I furthered my education by getting an MBA from the University of Central Arkansas in 2001. I received my Certified Insurance Counselors, CIC, designation in 2006.
I view my job as a problem solver. Families and companies typically come to me with a problem: they would like to get a lower premium, better coverage, better service or all three.
