I graduated from William Jewell College with a Business degree in 2002. After a few jobs, I quickly realized that my career would be in the independent insurance industry. My first day at Patterson & Associates was March 1st, 2003. As an independent agent, I offer my clients a variety of products and companies to fit their unique insurance needs. My goal is to provide my clients with the best experience when purchasing their insurance.
I obtained my Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 2008 and became a Partner in the agency during that time as well. I have served on multiple carrier advisory councils both regionally and nationally. I served as the President of the Young Agents of Dallas in 2011 and won the honor of Young Agent of the Year in 2012. I currently serve on the Board of Directors for the Independent Insurance Agents of Dallas and serve as Treasurer for the Associate Board of Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation.
I am actively involved with the Community serving in many different capacities with my local church and area Non-Profit Organizations. I have been married to my beautiful wife Courtney since 2004, and we have two boys, Brody and Eli. In my free time, I enjoy spending as much time as possible with my family riding 4 wheelers, go carts, shooting guns and playing sports. I am also an avid Cross fitter and Olympic Weightlifter.
