I began my insurance career in August of 1996 upon graduating, with a BBA in Marketing with honors, from Harding University in Searcy, AR. Since the beginning of my career, I have committed myself to learning this business and now hold both the Certified Insurance Counselor, CIC, and Certified Risk Managers, CRM, designations and I am a licensed agent in 27 states and a licensed Risk Manager.
I have served our local association, the Independent Insurance Agents of Dallas, on their board of directors beginning in 2007 and finished as President of IIAD in 2014. Over the past several years, I have served on several insurance company national and local advisory councils and I was also recognized in the 2013 Dallas Business Journal’s List of 40 Under 40. Commitment to the community is an important part of the organization and have served the community through church, the local chambers of commerce and various local charities.
